After I went to the physio therapist visit yesterday, the conclusion that I found is that I need to build muscle in my left leg. It seems I unintentionally been using my right leg more than my left leg. (Does using an automatic transmission car have a hand in this?)
The instruction that the therapist have been given me is to do the calf strain exercise 50 times per routine x 3 routine per day. The truth is I can't follow the instruction by the book. Even during normal time, I have some difficulties in following my own running schedule, let alone following a schedule which to me looks like a fever medicine timetable.
Since I don't think I can follow the exact instruction, I meticulously plan my lazy way how to build the muscle in my left leg:
1) Need to buy the ankle weight set
 |
Yeah, that is my feet right there |
2) Need to find the rubber band (brand - Thera Band).
Takkan nak pinjam hospital punya ajeee
 |
And here is my ripped back |
3) Running the usual 3k & 5k by using the ankle weight at the left leg only
 |
This is NOT me |
4) Do the calf strain exercise during the morning & evening

See my ripped body, yeah |
5) Do the leg workout when I go to the gym
 |
I'm also amazed by how good my legs looks like |
Since tomorrow is Saturday (
for the politician, it is the hari penamaan calon PRU13), I can start with #1 & #2 already. All the other stuff need to wait for another one week. But tomorrow I can swim!!!
