A Low Key Father's Day Week
It was a quite a low key Father's Day for me. My parents plus 2 of my sibling came to JB for the week. Updating my blog for the week is quite impossible with taking them out jalan-jalan in JB & Pasir Gudang.
We went out to see the show houses in Pasir Gudang. The houses that we went to see was the Seri Alam, Tmn Scientex & the Tmn Kota Masai. As I expected, mama is quite impressed by the cluster house at the Tmn Kota Masai. But given the circumstances, with the current phase already sold out & the traffic condition, I just had to give it a pass.
We also went to see my parent's friends & relatives in JB.
The 1st stop was at Ina's new place at Hospital Permai. We only realized whatthe hospital is meant for after seeing THREE layers of fences outside the hospital. It is meant for mentally sick people. Since Sara is sick with the HFMD, we can't bring Haziq along.
At Pakcik Muhammad house in Tmn Nong Chik, Haziq wanted to bring back home one of the toy of Pakcik Muhammad's grandchild. Luckily, his grandchild is already 6 - readily given out his less love toy to Haziq.
At Pakcik Khairudin house, the host add a lot of nasi tambah in my plate. I had to eat x2 servings at his house. That already messed up my diet with the Standard Chartered run next week.
At Pakcik Nasir house, we looked at some photos of the family when they went back to Bukit Tinggi in Sumatera (my mother's side is from Indonesia). Haziq play with the massage chair & abah had to drive my car since Haziq need to sleep.
The last day we went to JPO. The haze beginning to become worse. Rosman bought a pair of Nike sneakers & mama bought a pair of kungfu shoes.
It was a low key Father's day for me. But that what fathers actually want.
